Fideletas (Loyalty) is a ranch bride in simple wedding attire, wearing a bridal wreath and waiting for her groom at the 1925 Chapel of the Transfiguration. Set against the Grand Tetons, she holds a lit oil lamp and cruse of oil, symbolizing spiritual preparedness and loyalty. Her faithful cattle dog is at her feet, representing steadfast companionship.

The scene includes Christian symbols: bread, wine and spilling salt for Christ’s loyalty to humanity, a cow grazing nearby for the abundance that comes from faithful dedication. The wheat field in the foreground, ready to be harvested and separated from the tares, represents the fruits of loyalty and the ultimate sorting of the faithful from the unfaithful.
