Your satisfaction is guaranteed on orders placed at Magnum Opus Financial. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you have upto 3 business days after receipt of your shipment to notify our customer service team at admin@magnum-opus-financial.com of your dissatisfaction.
If an exchange is requested, we reserve the right to send an acceptable replacement or refund your money if an acceptable replacement is not available. The items must be returned as they were sent to you—in the original packaging and original condition. Due to insurance restrictions, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning any items for refund or exchange. We will cover the cost to ship the exchanged product back to you. The decision to refund or replace your item will be at the sole discretion of Magnum Opus Financial.
Returned orders are subject to a 5% restocking fee or $25, whichever is higher. All returned items could also be subject to market loss based on Magnum Opus Financial sole discretion.
