What Is a 25 Utah Goldback?
The 25 Goldback Victoria (Victory) is a historic piece in the Utah Goldback Series featuring 25/1000th oz of 24K gold. This is the first design in the series and celebrates women’s suffrage in Utah and Seraph Young’s first vote. Each note combines substantial precious metal with a rich history, beautiful artwork set against the majestic mountains of Alpine, Utah.
This is a store of value and a tribute to women in Utah. Victoria is shown with a victory banner, bundled wheat, and natural elements. A perfect blend of history and precious metal investment.
How Much Is a 25 Utah Goldback Worth?
A 25 Utah Goldback is worth the live value of 1/40th of a troy ounce of 24-karat gold, plus a premium for the minting and the detailed Victoria artwork. Because the gold content tracks the gold spot price, the 25 Utah Goldback value changes daily. The Goldback daily exchange rate shows the current figure, and a single note typically trades in the low-to-mid $200 range.
That mix of meaningful gold content and a market-linked value is why buyers treat the 25 Victoria as both a store of value and a collectible. It holds more gold than the 1, 5, or 10 Goldbacks, while the 50 and 100 hold more still, so the 25 is a popular middle choice for people building a Utah set.

Product Description
What Is a 25 Utah Goldback?
A 25 Utah Goldback is a gold foil note holding 1/40 troy oz of real 24-karat gold. Called the Victoria, or “Victory,” note, it was the first design ever issued in the Goldback series and honors Utah’s role in women’s suffrage. The gold is applied by a patented vacuum deposition process and sealed in a protective polymer.
The 25 Goldback Victoria is the first design in the Utah Goldback Series. Each note contains 25/1000th oz of 24K gold and is a tribute to women’s suffrage and many of the women who have led Utah’s history.
Victoria (Victory) is shown with a child, representing the women’s suffrage movement, where mothers marched with their children for the right to vote. The banner she carries says “Votes Counting Since 1870” commemorating Utah’s role in women’s suffrage, where Seraph Young cast the first female vote in American history. Victoria holds bundled wheat, representing how small things add up to big change and the Chi-Rho topped flag represents the spiritual strength of Utah’s women.
The scene is set against the Alpine mountains, with carefully chosen symbols: a falcon soaring, aspen trees representing human connection, a stone wall built one victory at a time. The child is holding a branch, representing future generations to hold on to the gains. The footing “Go on to Victory” is both a celebration and an inspiration. Every detail has been designed to honor Utah’s women pioneers, from Martha Hughes Cannon the first female State Senator to all the others who shaped Utah’s progressive history.
